I made this Not Happy T-Shirt. I chatted to the postman and I was wearing it. He told me he was in recovery. He said he wanted one of these t shirts.
He said it would be a good t-shirt for mental health because people put a brave face on but inside they're not ok. I thought that was a good idea. So this t-shirt is for sale with 50% going to Changes Bristol. A local mental health charity.
